Chief of Business Development, 1st Equity
Linker is a residential and commercial real estate executive with over a decade of experience working in title insurance and law. As one of the youngest female executives leading a national title company, Linker specializes in creating multi-billion dollar partnerships at the nexus of sales, finance and national investment opportunities with law firms, investors and commercial and residential real estate agencies. Linker promotes real estate education initiatives like Continuing Education courses, cross-cultural panel discussions or national conferences to connect interdependent business communities.
Brodderick Payne
Vice President, Business Development
He is responsible for expanding the company’s reach and industry relations in the Southern United States. Prior to his career in the title industry, Brody worked at Opcity Realty and Realtor.com. During his time at Realtor.com, Brody helped the company increase conversion rate from 10 to 15%. In addition to leading sales, Brody has experience building internal company-wide teams to help support brokers and agents. In an evolving industry, Brody’s half a dozen years of experience and understanding of internal title processes continues to foster important relationships with agents, lenders and partners across the industry.
Chris Huang
Vice President, Sales
Chris currently serves as 1st Equity's Vice President of Sales. He is responsible for expanding the company’s reach, industry relations and providing customer specific solutions for Texas-based clients. Prior to his career in the title industry, Chris worked at Opcity Realty and Realtor.com.
During his time at Realtor.com, Chris helped the company drive new business through excellent customer service engagements & strategic partnerships. In addition to leading sales, Chris will help 1st Equity drive sales, strategy & focus on building long lasting client relationships in real estate throughout the region.
Johnny DeLaGarza
Escrow Officer
Having over 15 years experience in the industry with some experience in Title IT software support, DeLaGarza has gained extensive knowledge handling National and local accounts in areas to include Title clearance, examination, abstract, recordings, closings, post closing, funding and escrow. A team player dedicated to customer and client satisfaction. A state licensed Escrow Officer with a great work ethic, strong rapport with everyone, exceptional customer service skills and personality. Total commitment and loyalty in getting things done with a strong attention to detail!
Logan Curb
National Business Development, 1st Equity National Title & Closing | 1st Equity Abstract
Logan currently serves on 1st Equity Abstract's Business Development team. Before beginning his career in real estate and title, Logan served in the United States Marine Corps as an infantryman and fire-team leader. Logan brings five years of experience working for firms like Opcity Realty and Realtor.com, where he led sales and referral marketing. His national track record has supported his career as a persuasive closer within the industry.
As part of the growing business development team at at 1st Equity Abstract, Logan will lead strategic national account development and consultative selling to grow potential partnerships throughout the Southwest region. With his experience growing referral programs, marketing initiatives and sales, Logan will identify new business opportunities and deliver exceptional account service to strengthen customer loyalty programs.
Logan is a Texas native and currently resides in Seguin with his three children. He is an Afghanistan combat veteran and Purple Heart recipient.
Ryan Beeler
Business Development
Ryan has worked for over 15 years in the retail banking sector. Prior to joining 1st Equity Abstract, Ryan worked as a Bank Teller, Bank Manager and Bank Officer. He has deep expertise working on mortgages and loans for customers across Texas. During his time at International Bank of Commerce (IBC), Wells Fargo and Bank of America, Ryan was recognized for sales and exceptional customer service. He routinely innovated pipelines for branches and modernized outdated procedures, business process management structures and sales which ultimately created more profitable Texas branches.
Ryan started his title career at First American Title, where he worked in the largest office in the state of Texas. As a Post Closing Manager, Ryan was given multiple awards for operations and exceptional customer service; such as the Shooting Star Award and Customer Service Award. After Ryan systematized, enhanced and maintained proficient title processes for First American, the company adopted Ryan's title procedures across all state branches.
Ryan is devoted to supporting clients at 1st Equity Abstract and hopes to help more individuals be part of the American dream of home ownership. Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors, snowboarding and currently lives in San Antonio, Texas with his two Miniature Collies.
